Based in Las Vegas and serving clients since 2005, OGI provides Phase I Environmental Site Assessments nationwide in accordance with ASTM E1527-21. These assessments combine historical and regulatory records review, site observations and interviews to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions associated with a property. A Phase I ESA does not include soil or groundwater sampling.
When findings warrant further evaluation, OGI can develop a proposed investigation scope. Our Nevada services include soil and groundwater investigations, environmental sampling, regulatory coordination and remediation planning and support.
For broader property due diligence, OGI also provides Property Condition Assessments nationwide to help clients understand building and site conditions and plan for repairs and capital needs.
