Environmental Due Diligence

OGI Environmental (OGI) specializes in Environmental Due Diligence and OGI personnel have performed well over 15,000 due diligence reports in Clark County, Nevada and have successfully conducted environmental due diligence services nationwide for thousands of properties. Our most requested due diligence report is a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), which is performed in accordance with the ASTM E 1527-13 for conducting environmental site assessments (Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process). 

The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to accumulate non-intrusive data to be used in evaluating the level of environmental risk associated with a given site and in identifying Recognized Environmental Conditions or RECs. .
